MRSS is available to all youth and families (birth, kinship, foster, guardianship, and adoptive) in Ohio. Families need not be involved with a specific service or system to access MRSS.

Low cost dental care. Fillings, exams, cleanings and extraction (no wisdom teeth).
Medicaid and private insurance accepted. Sliding Fee Scale based on household income. To qualify for the sliding fee, you must bring 2 current pay stubs (within the last 30 days) or Social Security award letter. Call for a complete list of acceptable proof. You must also bring a current electric, gas or home phone bill and a picture ID. If you have any questions, please contact the clinic.
